Erin Goodwin | Owner & Creative Director

Graphic Expressions, Inc. was founded in 1999 by Erin Goodwin. Erin graduated from Herron School of Art & Design with a Bachelors of Fine Arts (BFA) in Visual Communication and a minor in Art History. The very first client she worked with, 14 years ago, is still her client! Her family owned their own business so she grew up learning the discipline and motivation it takes to be a business owner. Her father and her grandfather, both salesmen, taught her from a young age that there was no substitute for good old-fashioned customer service! She prides herself on going the extra mile for every customer on every job!

Along with customer service, education is vital to Erin. “One can never be too overdressed, or too over educated“. In order to further her education, Erin returned to school in the Fall of 2009 to pursue her MBA. In October 2011 she earned her MBA in Marketing. She also understands that design, technology, and social media outlets are constantly evolving and stays on top of design trends and new technologies. She is active in her design and business community holding memberships in many organizations including the AIGA (American Institute of Graphic Arts) and NAWBO (National Association of Women Business Owners). She is also very involved with the Alzheimer’s Association, sitting on their marketing committee for annual events.

In the Fall of 2012, in an effort to help children explore her passion of art, she founded DOODLEBOX Art. In her spare time, Erin has created Betty Jane’s Sassy Shoes & Purses too Charity in honor of her grandma, raising over $14,000 for Alzheimer’s. She lives just outside of Indianapolis, Indiana with her husband and her two children and two dogs!
